This Nationally Accredited course is for businesses that do not make or prepare Potentially Hazardous Foods such as supermarkets, convenience stores, service stations, grocers and delicatessens. Take away and fast food businesses may be classified as retail if they are only selling packaged food that someone else has prepared.
