Level 2 NSW
This course is specific to New South Wales as it includes a NSW Food Authority Green Certificate as well as the Level 2 Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. These are a legal requirement in NSW.
This course includes an overview of the basics of food safety covered in the Level 1: Food Hygiene Course, as well as provide additional detailed information specific to the Food Safety Supervisor role.
Developed in conjunction with hospitality industry experts, Prime Skills (RTO provider 21317) and The Gourmet Guardian, this Nationally Accredited training course is designed to further equip the employees that are responsible for supervising food safety within their business with the necessary information that they need for working with food industry.
