This course is a more advanced course than the Level 1: Food Hygiene Course, and is a legal requirement in some states of Australia. This course includes an overview of the basics of food safety covered in the Level 1: Food Hygiene Course, as well as provide additional detailed information specific to the Food Safety Supervisor role.
